Hi There! My Name is Bogi (Bogomil Yordanov) and with more than 20 years of experience in the field of bodybuilding, powerlifting and nutrition, a lot of appearances in magazines, on TV shows and participation in dozens of seminars, I am one of the most recognizable bodybuilders and personal trainers in Bulgaria – a small country in Eastern Europe. I’m training since 1998 and competing since 1999, but I became famous in 2007, when I won the Balkan bodybuilding championship (a championship open only for the best bodybuilders from 6  countries), just two years after a horrible car accident and doctors’ predictions that I would be disabled for life. After that I have a lot of medals and titles from different bodybuilding shampionships. I am also a vice national bench press champion with 207.5 kg. raw bench press and a multiple medalist in many powerlifting competitions.
